It s a well known fact that humid and wet environments cause mold to grow. Wipe away bleach solution and place towels in a trash bag. To remove the black stains that mold leaves on non porous surfaces like grout mix equal parts of bleach and water in a spray bottle and spray it over the stained area allowing it to sit for.

Once you have removed the visible black mold spray the bleach solution on the area.
